The limbic system is complicated and complex. It is important for regulating a large part of our lives—our internalphysiology, our autonomic nervous system, our emotional understanding, our behavior, and our relationship with theoutside world.

This lecture is intended to be an introduction and provide insight into a highly complex area of our brain.
